great family stay , but parking was tight
The family room was spacious , accommodating our needs perfectly. The leisure centre offered an incredible steam room that provided a refreshing experience after our day out. The friendly staff at the bar made us feel welcome , sharing tips about local attractions which enriched our visit.
Parking was limited , making it challenging to find a spot.

Exceptional family suites, proximity to historical attractions, cozy bar atmosphere
The pool situation is outrageous!!! It's across the street, requires additional fees, and there's no access until after private lessons!!! More clearly stated parking options and revised hours for pool access would enhance the experience greatly!!!

Families will find this a handy place
Great food was plentiful and served with a smile. The staff were super friendly, couldn't do enough for us. one night the bartender even shared some stories about the local area while pouring drinks.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but I felt it was up to par for what we got.

The staff were really friendly, especially this one girl at reception,, she was so happy and helpful. The bar had the best atmosphere too,, it was a lively spot to unwind after a long day.
It wasn’t inexpensive,, but still acceptable.

Great staff and vibe!
The staff were super friendly and made our stay really enjoyable! We loved hanging out in the bar lounge area, which had nice music and a good atmosphere. The room was spacious, but the lighting could use a bit of an upgrade. a decent stay, but the noise from other guests kept us up late.

The family room was spacious enough for our group, and the cot provided for the baby was impeccably clean. Breakfast included a wonderful selection, and the home-baked bread was a delightful touch. Unfortunately, the check-in process was confusing, leading us away from the main hotel, and the distance made things inconvenient at times. the loud music from other guests until late at night was disruptive, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic family break, and the cot and bedding provided for our kids were super fresh and cozy. The steam room in the adjacent leisure center was the hottest I've experienced, and the tasty food in the bar made for a lovely evening. Just a heads-up, breakfast was a bit late for our little ones, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊
